Having worked in Estate Agency for seven years Kate enjoys a diverse role including administrative duties, conducting viewings, and assisting with sales progressions whilst managing the marketing and social media platforms for the Nottingham office. Her love of property led her into Estate Agency, starting her career within lettings before progressing into residential sales but her love of interior design led to her completing a level three Interior Design diploma through the National Design academy in her spare time. Kate believes that communication is key and always aims to build a strong relationship with clients so as to understand and fulfil their needs as best possible. Always eager to learn, Kate is now undertaking an Events Management Degree and particularly enjoys the customer care and marketing elements of the course relating this back to her role at Digby and Finch. Contact me
Lucy Petersen

Sales Support & Marketing Associate

We first met Lucy when she and her husband Andy asked us to market their beautiful cottage just outside Stamford. Naturally we were delighted to oblige and it was clear from the outset that Lucy had a real passion for property, a keen eye for interiors and a love of the countryside. Having spent many years travelling the globe for Virgin, Lucy and her family settled locally and set about restoring an 18th Century cottage. When time allows, Lucy enjoys creating beautiful home fragrances and candles, enjoying the great outdoors and still loves a bit of Globetrotting! Lucy does a fantastic job of managing all the sales coordination and marketing for the Stamford office, along with accompanying viewings keeping our sellers up to speed on the progression of their sale.
